Arts-Integrated Sharevision Groups include the use of arts and crafts, found objects, stuffed animals, puppets, fabrics and other materials as well as movement and drama. Numerous groups of people prefer the opportunity to present questions and reflections in sharevision meetings through creative expression. Currently we offer an on-going monthly Professional Caregiver’s Sharevision group for Sharevision practitioners led by Dr. Ellen Landis.
Professional Caregiver Sharevision groups have members such as counselors, doctors, massage therapists, educators and other health care providers. One Sharevision Practitioner whose works specializes in caring for cancer patients has referred to the Professional Caregiver Sharevision group as her “adult play group” meetings. She said, “It’s what helps me survive and be able to do what I do.” Sharevision group members have said they enjoy how much fun they have as they work with the group to manage the stress associated with their care giving work.
