Sharevision: Solutions for Progress

Dr. Ellen M. Landis' (2010) dissertation, Sharevision: A collaborative-reflective model to address secondary trauma found that mental health clinicians' perceptions and practices decreased as related to secondary trauma through participation in collaborative-reflection and arts based problem solving to overcome fear associated with secondary trauma.

Dr. Lisa D. Thompson's (2013) dissertation, Sharevision collaboration between high school counselors and athletic educators to stop LGBTQ bullying found that participants reported that Sharevision collaborative reflection meetings relieved stress, were productive and inspired them to continue working together to take action on their ideas.
