Sharevision is for people willing to take responsibility for their own well-being and invested in being creative and resourceful through the process of achieving their goals. Sharevision Practitioners may want to become a Sharevision Facilitator introducing Sharevision to others or Trainer to build collaborative teams.
The Sharevision Team offers professional training for people interested in facilitating Sharevision group meetings on their own. We encourage this and provide a way for those interested to learn the philosophy and theories behind each of the components of the sharevision format. Trainings provide ample opportunity to discuss what you need to know to comfortably and successfully facilitate a group meeting using the Sharevision format. We use the Sharevision group format during training sessions so that participants can generate questions that solicit reflections and a variety of ideas from other training group members. The trainings will encourage participants to reflect on the training group discussions to identify and initiate ways to improve them.
Our Leadership training programs offer flexible ways to become certified in Sharevision.
Protocol for becoming a Sharevision Trainer is a three step process.
Sharevision Practictioner: Someone who has participated in at least 8 Sharevision meetings facilitated by a certified Sharevision Facilitator or Trainer. Sharevision Participants are familiar with and can articulate how they personally benefit from adhering to the Sharevision Format for group meetings.
Sharevision Facilitator: Someone who has participated in at least 7 months or 28 Sharevision meetings and completed the Sharevision Facilitators Training program. Sharevision Facilitators can explain each of the components of the Sharevision Format for group meetings and the reasoning behind each of them. Sharevision Facilitators are familiar with the difficulties new participants may have following the guidelines and have practiced ways to be supportive and encouraging as the facilitator.
Sharevision Trainer: Someone who after having completed the Sharevision Facilitator’s training, has formed and led a group on their own. Sharevision Trainers have facilitated at least six Sharevision group meetings on their own and completed the Sharevision Trainer’s course. Sharevision Trainers are experienced in bringing groups of people together and introducing the Sharevision Format to them. Sharevision Trainers have collected stories from previous Sharevision group participants and facilitators they have worked with and are able to articulate some of the benefits and results with people who are new to Sharevision.
