Our Team of professionals has almost a hundred years of combined experience working with families. Each of us trained first as artists, and with a desire to work more directly with people became counselors, community mediators and personal life coaches. The Team meets weekly to generate ideas for our clients. Consider the Sharevision Team as your personal "think tank."

Richard Baldwin, MFA
Dick has over forty years experience as an Educator, Family Therapist, Supervisor, and Artist. He is known for his work developing innovative programs and providing outreach therapy to individuals and families as Director of a Team of clinicians and interns at People's Bridge Action, Inc. At present Dick is a practicing Artist, Counselor and Personal Coach.

Ellen M. Landis, PhD, LMFT, BC-DTR
Ellen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Dance Movement Therapist, trained Mediator, Personal Coach and EMDR practitioner. Ellen has a PhD in Expressive Arts Therapies and brings over twenty-five years expertise in Expressive Arts Therapies to a wide range of clients from individuals to organizations.

Lisa D. Thompson, MSW, LICSW
Lisa is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Social Justice Education at the University of Massachusetts. Lisa has a theatre background with twenty-seven years of experience as a Family Therapist, Mediator and Personal Coach in both non-profit agency based work and in private practice specializing in Couple's work.
